I’m packing! Again!
It was almost a month of silence, due to server changing, but even to major news that will be delivered to our food enthusiasts readers very soon!

But why am I packing again?
Because down here in Italy we are joining together for the second appointment of Il Vino Lo Portiamo Noi” (we bring the wine!)! This time we are heading to the Marche region, near Fano, at the Symposium restaurant in Cartoceto! And we are ready to eat some wonderfully cooked innards, like bull balls and tripe! A challenge? Maybe… Something that it’s difficult to see in a starred Michelin restaurant? Well, that’s for sure, or at least as far as Cartoceto is from Lyon!
While we wait to tell you all about this time, here you can see the pictures of last time! We sure had fan! And we sure enjoyed all the San Lorenzo’s wines!
