Everything is good in Emilia Romagna!
And the regional products from the region are just astonishing! Aceto Balsamico and Coppa di Parma are only two representative terrific artisanal products, from of our more tasty regions!
The Coppa di Parma is a rarely known cured meat, made with pork shoulder, tasty, wonderful with a just fried gnocco fritto (a fried speciality from the region: a kind of very thin pizza dough fried and served hot!), as an appetizer, or just like this, by itself, in all its glory!
And our Coppa is not just an average coppa: it’s a fine good product, made will all the passion that marks our selection…
